- How does the pricing work?
- Two pricing options. Storefront Pro is £1,000 one-time setup + 2% only on TCG item sales — the standard plan, every feature included. For heavier-volume stores, or anyone migrating from Storepass, Enterprise Annual is £25,000 per year, billed annually, with 0% sales fees and branded mobile apps included. No monthly subscriptions on either, no per-terminal licensing.
- Is there a free trial?
- Contact us at admin@tcgsync.com to arrange a walkthrough. Onboarding typically completes within 48 hours once you're signed up.
- Do I need Shopify to use it?
- No. Storefront Pro is a standalone platform. You can run it without Shopify, or connect it to an existing Shopify store as a sales channel.
- What happens if I already use BinderPOS or Crystal Commerce?
- We handle migrations. Inventory, customers, store credit balances, and buylist history can be imported during onboarding.
