By using TCGSync, you agree to these terms. We operate as a software infrastructure provider based in the United Kingdom.

1. Account Operation

Access to our platform is provided solely for the operation of professional TCG inventory management and related enterprise features. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Shopify API credentials.

2. 2023 Founding Partner Status

Accounts registered during this period are marked as being created in 2023. This designation may entitle the user to specific legacy support tiers and feature roadmaps as defined in individual service agreements.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
