Frequently asked questions
- How long does migration take?
- Typically 48 hours from signup. Larger catalogues or complex integrations may take slightly longer — we'll give you a concrete estimate on the discovery call.
- Will my Shopify store stay live during migration?
- Yes. We migrate in parallel — your existing BinderPOS + Shopify setup stays live until cutover. Minimal downtime on switchover.
- What about my Shopify theme?
- Two options: keep Shopify as your storefront and connect Storefront Pro as a channel, or replicate your theme on the Storefront Pro storefront. We discuss this on the discovery call.
- Are there migration fees on top of the £1,000 setup?
- No. Migration from BinderPOS is included in the £1,000 setup fee. No surprise costs.
